Google Calendar Sync - Sync Google Calendar with Microsoft Outlook

Google introduced a small utility that synchronizes events from the Google calendar with the Microsoft Outlook calendar.

It is possible to synchronize both in two directions, and in any one (it is configured optionally). Also at the moment the only drawback is that you can only synchronize the main Google calendar (but in the future they promise to fix this drawback).
