I was puzzled by the following question. Are there any SaaS solutions like help-desk, Bug Tracker and the like?

Faced the problem that the following is required:
To put on the site (and further on others) feedback form. Answers questions from the form of a special person who must have access to the database of questions from any computer. It also requires control of questions that were answered and what actions were taken.

In general, everything is simple - you can write this yourself, or substitute the existing help-desk script. But then the following problems appear:
1. A technical specialist is required who will install the software on the server and configure it.
2. most likely it will not be possible to put a feedback form on different sites with different domains.
3. A good script is paid and the price does not depend on the amount of information that will pass through the script.
