IntroductionIn this post, I gathered information about Russian universities that are engaged in breakthrough IT research. What are the universities, where they are located, what research they do and how much is allocated by the state for this - read below.
By order of the Russian government, it is planned to create up to 50 breakthrough research centers on the basis of existing Russian universities and research institutes. The amount of funding required for 2014-2018.
about 4 billion rubles . (through the Federal Target Program of the Ministry of Education and Science), the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications promises hundreds more millions.
')
At the suggestion of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, it was decided that the research topics should be determined with the participation of the IT industry, and the funds should be distributed based on the results of relevant competitions, which were planned to be held in 2013.
Requirements for university programs and research institutes (applicants for funding) were published by the Ministry of Communications on July 30, 2013, and the collection of applications was held until September 20, 2013.
Here is the same
Form containing the requirements for the structure and content of the programs that applicants should have filled out.
