Steam Music allows you to listen to your music collection while playing. After you indicate to the client the path to the local music directory, your Steam library will include assembling albums and artists of your collection.
From this point on, you can view and listen to albums and tracks, manage the playback queue and open the Steam Music player using the Guide button on your controller (if you don’t have a controller, use the keyboard and mouse through the Big Picture main menu).
In the game, the player will be accessed via the Steam overlay, from where you can control the playlist, browse your collection and listen to music by mood.
