Competition from Microsoft. Again a security hole?

The last couple of days, I notice that some pages of Microsoft portals around the world are not available. I understand it happens.
This morning there was a very sad situation, which, I think, is very, very revealing.
I saw an invitation to participate in a competition related to Microsoft Server R2. Great, I thought, and decided to register.

After registering with the contest, I decided to download the image, I was offered to enter my Microsoft ID (by the way, mail there is ***@gmail.com), and I saw the following:


What the hell, I thought, and updated the page. Nothing has changed.
I decided to go from this page to my profile:


Wow, how interesting. It is good that a person did not trust a lot of data to his profile. I'm certainly kind, but still.

So most, I think, understood what happened.
Your conclusions, gentlemen?
UPD: This is not my account. And I entered my username and password. That is, there is a very serious bug of the authorization mechanism.

PS For some reason it seems to me that I'm not the only one. A t-shirt is worth distribute to all victims.
PPS A small addition. I tried from another browser. With my login and password, I invariably fall into this account. Now I felt completely uncomfortable. I have this account - authorization on a laptop with Windows 8.
