Banks love to be reinsured when it comes to loans, credit cards and mortgages. But I recently faced with the reluctance to issue me a debit card. I liked the annual percentage of 10.15% from Roketbank, which is credited monthly, sent a request - and received a letter saying that
my passport is invalid .
Passport checking was carried out using
this FMS service . You can repeat the procedure - it is likely that your passport is not there either.

')
However, on the FMS website it is written:
The lack of information about the requested passport (answer: “In the electronic records of the FMS of Russia currently does not appear”) does not mean that the passport is invalid. This answer is given if the information on the issued passport has not yet been received from the relevant territorial body, or the record on the passport is being tested in the Base software package. The question is who is to blame?
FMS, which does not update the database, or Roketbank, which is guided by a non-working base?
In this case, nothing terrible happened. But what will happen when this base is guided not only by such projects, but, for example, judges, police officers, officials?
