Goran Kukurin, developer of the Worldscope Webcams application,
announced the removal of his application from Google Play.
It existed in the store for more than four years, had an average rating of 4.4 with a rating of 11,000 and almost reached 1 million downloads.

The official reason is a violation of the use agreement. The application sold the registration code for the full version without ads through PayPal, the sale of the paid version was simply not available in the country of Goran.
According to Kukurin, a similar buying process (buying code outside of Google Play) was used in a popular application that received “editor's choice” and “top developer”.
Google considered the developer’s appeal and refused to rebuild the application, stopping further debate on this.
