Target.com lost to blind

In February of this year, a member of the California Association of Blind Students of California (California Association of Blind Students) sued the online store Target.com , because the resource is inaccessible to blind users.

The trial that lasted for several months ended in defeat for Target, which until recently hoped that the web sites would not fall under the act of the Americans With Disabled Persons (Americans With Disabilities Act). This document, adopted in 1990, ordered businessmen and merchants in every way to assist people with disabilities. Now, not only online stores, but also other web resources will have to adapt to the needs of the blind.
