Sometimes free lunches do happen.

Providing a service to users, one has to, among other things, think about whether they can not abuse it.

For example, China Eastern Airlines decided to provide first-class ticket holders with the opportunity to change the departure date for the purchased ticket free of charge. And, as it turned out recently, one unnamed Chinese decided to take advantage of this.

It is known that in almost all airports first-class ticket holders have access to a VIP lounge with free food in a cafe. The same service is available at Xi'an China Airport.

The designated Chinese did the following: he went through the ticket to the VIP-zone, ate at the cafe, then transferred the departure date to the next day, and left.

And so 300 times in a row.

That is, the person ate almost a year for free. And when the airline somehow drew attention to the situation, the Chinese found out about it, and simply handed over his ticket, having received its cost back.

The airline representative explained that they did not have the opportunity to counteract such a "rare occasion."
