Harvard CS50x to EdX Course, Subtitle Translation

The CS50 Introduction to Computer Science course started again on the EdX website. Let me remind you that this is a course at Harvard University and is devoted to the basics of programming. About this course already written on Habré here and here . The course studies languages ​​such as C, PHP, JavaScript.

The course, according to my feelings, is cool, it is fully accessible, all course materials (videos, examples, notes, presentations) can be freely downloaded. In the course you can take part at any time during the year according to your own schedule. We decided to conduct this course as an experiment at our university .

The problem I encountered is the captions in English only. In Russian - machine translation, which in some places just kills the meaning. Therefore, for our elective, I translate the captions into Russian. And I thought, why not share the transfer with those who wish.

Translation rate, about one lecture per week. David Malan, the teacher of the course speaks very quickly. The quality of my translation leaves much to be desired, but in any case it exceeds the machine version.

What I would like in return:

1. To send me corrections in the credits, because there are a lot of mistakes, and stylistic and typos. In some places, when it is not clear, you have to invent something similar in meaning. After a few hours of translation, it becomes sickening to look at all this. I'm not a professional translator.

2. In addition to lectures, there is still a lot of interesting material: notes, short dop.lektsii, step by step instructions, which I physically do not have time to translate. Maybe someone would connect to work.

Well, maybe it is, in principle, no one needs? And whether to continue to lecture credits, or not?
