A cinema visitor wearing Google Glass was pulled out of the hall by FBI employees.

The desire of film companies to limit their products from the intervention of pirates is so great that the police, the FBI and other security and not-strong-ministry personnel are thrown into the fight against “pirates”. So, the other day a peaceful viewer who came to a session in Google Glass with optical glasses (he is using this device now and as ordinary glasses) while watching a movie was taken out of the hall by FBI employees.

All this happened in Columbus, Ohio, USA. The film itself, which was decided by our hero, is called “Jack Ryan: Chaos Theory”. So, to fulfill all the rules of going to the cinema, the owner of Google Glass turned off his device. By the way, he came to the session with his wife, hoping to see the unfortunate picture, so to speak, in the family circle.

After about an hour of viewing, a man appeared next to his chair, "having presented a counter with a shield", removed Google Glass from the face of our "criminal", and demanded to go outside immediately. Outside, the picture was supplemented with 5-10 policemen and cinema security officers.

This whole company accused our viewer of illegally recording a movie using Google Glass. His protests led to the fact that he and his wife were separated into different rooms, and an FBI officer took the wallet and phones, office and personal, from the ill-fated owner of Google Glass during the search. After the search, the interrogation began. The FBI began to find out who this man is, where he works, how much he earns, how many computers he has at home, why he is recording the film illegally, to whom he is going to transfer it, and so on.

Then even more interesting things started: the FBI began to ask how much Google was paying him, the owner of the glasses, who his boss was, and again why he was recording the film.

A little later, someone had the bright idea to connect Google Glass to a laptop. Five minutes later, all participants in the action began to view the family photos of the suspect. A little later, not finding the recorded film, the FBI found the man innocent (3.5 hours after the film began to show).

After all that had happened, a man approached the former suspect who had identified himself as an employee of the Movie Association (probably the MPAA ). This person said that in this region, in this particular cinema, someone previously recorded this film illegally, hence the reaction to the appearance of the viewer in Google Glass. After that, the employee handed the victim two tickets to the same movie, as moral compensation, so to speak.

In the future, no charges were brought against the owner of Google Glass.

In general, one can only imagine the impressions and emotions that our lover of films received. I wonder if he will even go to the cinema next time (even with glasses, even without)?
