Official launch of email alerts

Dear users of "Habra", in the past we wrote about the pilot launch of email alerts for suspicious transactions. We are glad to announce that the test has been completed and the service has been launched.

Now all Payoneer cardholders will receive email notifications for transactions made in different countries and exceeding a certain amount. The letter will contain important information about the transaction, including the time and place of its execution, the amount given by the merchant.

In case you recognize a transaction, please ignore the letter. If the transaction is not familiar to you or seems suspicious, please reply to this email or contact technical support by calling 1 646 386 24 34 to temporarily or permanently block the card.

Attention, spoiler!
In the new version of the mobile application, which will be released soon, transaction notifications will be implemented. In the next version it is planned to make these notifications customizable.
