Habr is periodically unavailable for several minutes

PS Opened the topic from the "drafts" back for the story :)

People, just don’t plus this topic anymore, otherwise it’s going to the main one, and the problems are quite possible with my settings.

After the last DDoS attack on Habr, when the problem with zombie networks was solved by the heroic efforts of the admins and the hoster, I had a problem. Habr periodically (and I must say, quite often) stops responding to requests. Just like this:
')

It works works, and suddenly ceases. And several times a day and a few minutes (2-3). Accordingly, the comments are lost (without the ability to press the button back - when sending, the comments disappear, and only the text of the topic remains) and the text of the new topic (but here I can at least return) - this is incredibly annoying. For others, however, at this time the server responds normally (at one of the moments I asked on Twitter - a couple of people said: everything is fine).

I used to think something with my channel, but judging by the comments, at least one more person has the same problem. In principle, I am writing this topic and asking to ask if this is happening to others? I do not remember that this problem was before the DDoS attack, as it seems to me - this is the result of the protective measures that were taken to prevent it. I do not know how much I look like a robot, but it feels like they take me for it.

Of course, I could be wrong, so please check if my ip-address is periodically blacklisted, and if so, can it be fixed? I am even ready to note the time when Habr stops pinging so that you can check it accurately by logs.

And then, people, honestly - not enough patience.

PS They said to trace.

I do not understand this. Just now, Habr does not respond:

Tracing to ya.ru : (192.168.1.1 - adsl-modem-router)

At the same time tracing to the habr:

The last line, respectively, when Habr starts pinging again.

Normal route to Habr:
