Delay in delivery of mail at masterhost

I am writing the third application to the masterhost about the delay in mail delivery. Then the letter goes by at 6 o'clock, then the problem will be resolved at 10 o'clock.
There are no complaints about the quality of the hosting. That's just the trouble with the mail.
Am I the only one who is “lucky” or does someone have such problems too?
