HTC: One X, One X + will remain on the current version of Android

I remember that as soon as HTC Desire HD appeared, I liked this smartphone so much that I decided to buy it. No sooner said than done. Then, a few years ago, it was the flagship for which, I hoped, the company would issue regular updates. But - not destiny. It turned out that HTC doesn’t really like to release updates for its, even the oldest, phones. For all the time, my phone received 1 or 2 updates, the only time being updated to a newer version of Android OS.

It seems the same fate and the recent flagship HTC - One X and One X +. The company officially announced that the phones will remain on the current version of Android.

Only 14 months have passed since the release of One X +, but all the same, the OS won't get this phone update anymore. In general, the hardware of these models completely allows you to work with newer versions of Android, however, there will be no updates - after the message on Twitter, the company confirmed what was said in response to the appeal of theverge journalists.
