Two days ago, Derek Allard (one of the developers of CodeIgniter ) released his PHP framework Igniter-zen-i-rails (something like “Zen”). The possibilities are impressive:

• Works on all versions of PHP (even those that are not yet released).
• Very fast. Faster than all existing frameworks. Even faster CodeIgniter'a.
• Very small.
• Compatible with any database (which support PHP).
• Good documentation.
• The minimum level of knowledge to learn. If you know PHP, you have unlimited possibilities.
• The framework is so good that it will no longer be updated. This is a release!
