Maybe the headline sounds weird, maybe this is a topic that has already been crawled, but I'm looking for a simple but functional content management system ...
Before me there is a task - a site of small instructive stories. These are categories, and, respectively, the articles themselves. Well, a self-forming menu consisting of categories and a few articles from it, as well as the entire list of articles from on a separate page ... Everything is possible so simple that you can even write it yourself, but very reluctant to start it all over again - base, admin; All the more so as I am not strong in the PLO, and it’s not a pleasure to write everything with the old method ...
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that UTF-8 support is needed, the texts will be in Russian, Tatar and Turkish ... Thanks in advance :)

Ps. I tried to use Joomla, but there is so much extra, but I feel like reluctant to use it, and there is not much time ...
