So historically, before I became involved in web development, that my programming career went the way of VB, VBA and other VBS. As for me, of course, I played enough with Delphi and even ran VC ++, but the work required VB - I needed close integration of Office and AutoCad products and the easiest way was to solve it in a VB + VBA bundle.

I will immediately grieve - this post is not about stirring up interlanguage hatred :) I wanted to tell about my hobby, or something ... I often need small utilities. And for the sake of getting thrills, I write them on a completely unfamiliar to me VC ++. To the touch! That is, I, of course, understand the syntax, but for me, for example, the lines are still a terrible dream! Those who after VB tried to write in C will understand me. But I am perfectly aware of the API. So it turns out that all my crafts on C are pure API, without any MFC and other VCL. Here is one of these crafts, I present to you. I really need it, maybe there are better solutions, but I like my 92kb :)

So - a pushpin for your windows !

The point is that this utility lives in autoload and hangs with a small icon on the title of each window. Clicking on the icon we pin a window on top of all - damn convenient, for example, when copying data from one application to another. There is also a trick - if you move the docked window to the edge of the screen and let it go, it will leave the edge and wait there until you move the mouse to this place. In fact, explaining is longer than trying.

And now about the bad. When I brought this “button” to mind, being a greedy person, I decided to enrich myself. And he made it paid for $ 1-sms. And what, you ask? The result was terrible: the source code was destroyed by the wrath of God, and the Lord acted through my crooked hands and I, because of inattention, formatted the wrong screw! The version I have left, of course, is only the one that was on the site - that is, the trial version. I no longer want to rewrite this damned C ++, and the functionality suits me. Well, at least the key is preserved!
