Apple's patent policy in recent years. View from the outside

The study was conducted using a patent search in the Espacenet European Patent Office database. For the analysis, Apple patents were published, published in different countries of the world in 2013.
A total of 3301 publications of 1953 inventions for which US patents were obtained were found. The selection of publications permissible error, which in this study can be neglected. As you can see, Apple actively patents its development not only in the US, but also in China, Europe, WIPO (PCT), Canada, Australia and other countries, in order to ensure the exclusive use of their developments in these countries. Obviously, Taiwanese, South Korean and Chinese manufacturers are the most dangerous for Apple, so in 2013, many patents were issued to Apple in these countries.
