Do you feel the approach of spring? I also feel here. If you look at the calendar, you can accidentally find that until the end of winter there is nothing left. How can we miss such an event ?!

In honor of the approaching spring on Habré, the Federal User Promotion Program (FPPP) comes into effect. Anyone who likes to share their knowledge should get something in return. We here thought - and I decided that in return, we need to give new knowledge.

As part of the FPPP, the author of the best topic for the week will receive a book as a gift. Not simple, but good. The sponsors will help us in this - the publishing house Mann, Ivanov and Ferber , which will provide the books, and the book boutique Boffo! Who will deliver these books.


What kind of books? You decide, dear friend. The publishing house Mann, Ivanov and Ferber has a wonderful book series of the same name . You can choose one of these books. When you become a winner of the program.

And becoming a winner is not so difficult. Awarded will be the author of the best topic for the week - from Monday to Monday. Every first day of the week at 3:00 pm I will look at the page of habrahabr.ru/top/7d and contact the author of the topic, who got the most votes from other users and complies with the specific rules of the FPPP.

Here are the rules:
- the award is received by the user whose topic was the best for the last 7 days (from Monday 15:00 until next Monday),
- only regular topics, topics-translations and podcasts participate in the program (that is, topics-links and questions do not participate. And even the Inner Voice does not participate!),
- the topic should be an independent work of the author (texts, pictures, files from other sites do not participate),
- the topic must be original, that is, it was first published on Habré (parallel publication in another place is allowed, it is not allowed to use old texts from your blogs),
- the topic should not be a discussion of Habr, other Thematic Media projects and the company itself,
- the topic should become a leader honestly, i.e. no bypass rules, cheating using virtuals, hidden and open vulnerabilities are not welcome. I will follow.

If the topic meets all the criteria, the author should wait for a letter from me. Right on Monday. Of course, the prize-winner can refuse - and then we will transfer his prize to the author of the next topic in the ranking.

The results will be published weekly in this blog .

By the way, we have already started;) All topics published from February 25, 2008, 15:00, are already participating in the program.
