Songsterr is a startup created by Russian developers, for those who would like to try their hand at playing songs with a guitar, regardless of whether you can play the guitar or not. Service will help beginner guitarists to learn new songs or more accurately play already known ones.


Distinctive features of the service

• High-quality guitar sound with maximum likelihood imitating playing the guitar.
• The ability to control the playback of the song. Unlike karaoke, Songsterr gives you much more freedom - you decide when the chord should change and when to sing a new line. This is the most plausible imitation of playing the guitar, at the same time, everything is extremely simple - the transition to a new chord is performed by pressing the button.

The future of the project as a whole and the specific direction of its development essentially depend on the feedback received on the first release.

Possible directions of development:

• song editor. To enable users to independently create songs and add to the catalog of songs of the service. Creating a song means writing words, arranging chords and choosing the right rhythm pattern.
• positioning the service as an entertainment. The opportunity to sing songs for all those who wanted to master the guitar, but for some reason could not do it. The ability to record your singing in mp3, send to a friend, etc.
• Positioning the service as a guitar player. Each song should be explained how each used chord is taken, how to play the rhythmic pattern used, etc.

I would like to hear general impressions, wishes on positioning and further development from habrists. Reasoned criticism is welcome.
