Suspicion of a secret telecommunications hub

Right now in my Subscription Center (which is to the right of the tape) I see this picture:



All hubs in the "Telecommunications" section are ticked, but the section itself does not make it marked.

This may indicate the existence of a secret telecommunications hub that is not open to a free subscription.

Also in the Center you can see the inscription “6 new hubs”, but if you click “Show settings”, you can see only “2 new” in the “Databases” section and another “3 new” in the “Miscellaneous” section, which indirectly confirms the conclusion from the previous one paragraph.

Obviously, the idea seems to put a tick on the “Telecommunications” section; but when then I press the “Save” button below, the check mark is not saved: the next time you click on the “Show settings” link, a small square is displayed at the place of this check mark.
