Therefore, the house should like a wide range of potential buyers. So even before you complete the design, it is important to conduct a survey of the population in the area where I live.
I advise you to drive up and look at the house of my neighbor, which he built last year. We like it very much. For example, we would like to have the same 30-meter swimming pool as his. I am sure you can include the pool in your design without any changes in the estimate.
Please prepare a complete set of drawings. At the moment it is not necessary to carry out a real design, as the drawings are needed only to find builders. However, I notify you that you will be responsible for any increase in construction costs as a result of subsequent changes in the project.
