Best PHP frameworks 2013

I was shocked.
After a 2 week PHP Weekly survey, the results were as follows:
First place ... ta-da ... Laravel.
Second Phalcon.
Third symfony.
4- share Yii with Codeigniter.



Well, shock that young Laravel is the first time.
What is exotic, written in the form of an extension for PHP Phalcon in second place - it's two.
Well, Codeigniter - very much alive - it's 3.

Another depressing position of Zend - although if you combine the results on versions 1 and 2, then a little better.
