From 12/27/2013 Roskomnadzor obliges providers of the Russian Federation to block the ip-address 195.82.146.114 on which the Rutreker forum is located.
In this case, the domain name in rutracker.org in the search nap.rkn.gov.ru/reestr/ does not appear.
We did not receive official information about the blocking and its reasons. Just as there were no requirements from Roskomnadzor to remove information that violates the laws of the Russian Federation.
Thus, the forum may already be unavailable with some providers.
We did not receive any documents about blocking.
Nobody warned about anything, and there was no requirement to remove any content either.
(although Roskomnadzor has contact with us).
So there can be two reasons for blocking - this is either an error (mixed up with rutracker.ru), or the blocking has other reasons than links to content violating something that’s right, and for some reason we were not informed about these reasons.
In any case, this is very sad, because the “law on blocking” at least guaranteed the owner of the resource the fact of notification of what exactly he was accused of. In fact, as we see, everything is solved and happens retroactively.
So far, we have changed the IP address of the forum, so that the accessibility of the forum will be restored with the update of DNS zones, which works quite fast for us.
