In our case, the regional component is the medical information system (RMIS), sold to us by Rostelecom, built on the basis of a solution from the KIR and housed in the “cloud” of Rostelecom. Communication channels by 95% are copper (SHDSL, 2 Mbit / s) to ATSC, rarely optics. In the limits declared for 2013, the decision did not take off, it is unsuitable for the complete closure of the needs of a typical health facility. A year ago, we were persuaded to sign the closure of supposedly produced works with the wording “we will finish everything”, now they are persuading to sign a contract for maintenance in 2014 with a blue eye, already for our money. What to pay for?
