Moderation of vacancies

From the main one I found two wonderful “Jobs”: one and two . The first one is the classic one, which is still rooted in pre-Internet times, the second one is explicit naked advertising. Jobs here are added not so often, perhaps, to make them pre-moderation? Or, say, something like a karma for a job, on the attainment of which some very negative value would be erased (or sent for moderation before approval). In general, something needs to be done with such things, it seems to me.
