"True horse battery clip", or what is a strong password

Today I want to translate not an article or even a news, but a comic. This comic is short but damn voluminous.
In fact, it has already become a classic. It is strange that I did not find any references to it in the Habré, nor the Russian translation.

Like this. The password “True horse battery clip” (originally “correct horse battery staple”) is safer than “Tr0ub4dor & 3” - it is much harder to pick up and easier to remember using the associative memory that the computer does not have.
In the network, of course, there is a lot of debate about whether this is true, and it seems like they agreed that it was true.
Interestingly, there is even a special site that allows you to generate such passwords from several random words (in English). And for Ruby, there is a “battery-staple” library for generating passwords.
