Last year we launched a
telephone call for Santa Claus , for the holidays we received more than 14,000 calls.
The figure shows 2 graphics: “Successful inbox” - calls to a landline number, “Internal incoming” - calls to sip: 2013@call2sip.ruSubjective conclusions:
Technical
- The maximum that we managed to see is 38 calls at the same time;
- Several logical errors were made in the code, as a result, Santa Claus hung or hung up on one phrase;
- We have accumulated a huge number of poems told by children on the phone;
- During the year the calls did not stop, 2 - 5 calls per day are stable, mostly schoolchildren called;
- Call mostly from mobile;
- Talking about the load with so many calls does not make sense, it was not;
- Closer to the new year, the number of calls to the number that we published a year ago is increasing;
Presents
- Most girls ask
Monster High from Santa Claus;
- Boys want a car on the remote;
- Adults - car, apartment, health;
General
- Many parents, thanks to a phone call to the grandfather, found out that the child wants a new year;
- Called mainly from Yekaterinburg, since we connected the phone number only in this city;
- Use the phone number for other purposes now does not work;
- The most popular poem "The fly sat on the jam, that's the whole poem";
- In general, Grandfather Frost brought a lot of joy and fun, both children and adults called;

What's new
1. We wanted to make Santa Claus even more interactive, with voice recognition and other goodies, but as experiments showed
on children with recordings that were made earlier, the modern scientific and technical base in the field of speech recognition available to us is not capable with children's voices and this is a problem. Therefore, it was decided to get the old code and put it in order, taking into account previous errors. This year, the grandfather became more responsive and attentive.
2. We got numbers in 17 cities of Russia, thanks for this to our partners (operators) and especially
Tatyana , for their active participation.
