The essence of the changes was excellent: for small IT companies, the percentage of insurance contributions was reduced to 14% instead of the standard 34%. We have launched a website with an open letter to the President of the Russian Federation. The initiative received good support from colleagues. The letter is gone . A week later, amendments were made to the law, the main value of which was a reduction in the number of employees. At that time - up to 10 people. This was already a big event, but before the official approval of the amendments, as it turned out, there were still a long 3 years ...
All IT companies with a staff of at least 7 people can be accredited and pay insurance deductions at a preferential rate of 14%. You also need to still have at least 90% revenue from basic IT activities. There have been minor changes, for example, income in the form of exchange rate differences and revaluation of currency values are no longer taken into account. Not such a loss, really.
