Happy Farm business incubator recruits startups for the fourth cycle of its acceleration program, which starts on January 20, 2014. Applications are accepted on the website of the incubator or through the Angel List until January 15 inclusive.

The program format of the fourth cycle will differ from the previous three. The two-month program in Ukraine is now built on the principle of Hub & Spoke. At each of these stages, a team consisting of two co-founders will live and work in an incubator. The following scheme remains the same: after two months in Ukraine, the International Board of the incubator selects startups for a month-long trip to the USA, then the teams return and work with the incubator remotely for another 2 months. Happy Farm invests up to 70 thousand cu in residents in the form of services and cash, with cash companies receive after passing a two-month program in Ukraine by the decision of the Board.

Mentor staff of Happy Farm in the new cycle will significantly expand due to the speakers of the international conference Startup AddVenture , which Happy Farm business incubator held on December 4-5 in Kiev. Happy Farm's new mentors will be: Mike Sigal (CEO Agile Credit, USA), Max Gurwitz (Teres Capital partner, Bulgaria), Christopher Lawson (founder of Holvi.com, Finland), Mike Rainer (CEO Startup Wise Guys, Estonia), Mateo Rizzi (general partner of SBT Venture Capital, Belgium-UK), Ziv Gillat (founder of Eye-Fi, USA), Kausal Chokeshi (president of Cross Border Angels, USA), Paul Papadimitriou (consultant on innovations & digital intelligence, UK). Also from the new cycle, Shridar Solur (director of mobile applications and services in HP, USA) will join Happy International Farm Bord.

The Happy Farm acceleration program will also be available on a paid basis outside the competitive selection. In this case, the startup does not receive investments from the incubator, but does not give its share to the incubator.
