My God, how su573 already got! How about a blacklist?

The user su573 su573 has probably already sent me 20 requests for franking (at the time of publishing the post there may already be 30, and at the time of reading it you are afraid to guess how much).

Looking at her comments, I don’t want to be friends with her at all (I’m writing, because at the time of posting the post, the user had a female gender, now it's male — what does that say too :).

It seems that this is not a girl, but some kind of social experiment like “how to get the most negative karma”.
I refuse on each request essentially and less in a minute comes new. Once there was a break of 20 minutes, apparently it went somewhere :). Who will win? Got sick! Interestingly, it is automatic or someone has nothing to do?
Are there any mechanisms for regulating this all ?!

The idea - is it possible to do it here (or can it already be at the super gabra?), As in many other soc. networks personal blacklist? Where it would be possible to add comrades to whom I cannot be friends, comment on my posts ... or just hide their comments and letters from me ...

UPD . everything again slipped into the discussion of justice / injustice of Habr ... and I want one thing - to my refusal in friendship a person with whom I do not want to be friends, did not send me in response to intrusive sentences, that's all ...
