Chelyabinsk mathematician published an attempt to prove P = NP

I came across an interesting article, unfortunately I don’t know how to insert a link to an external resource, therefore I am making it up as a post.

The scientist proved the equality of the classes P and NP, for the solution of which the Clay Mathematical Institute appointed a prize of one million US dollars.
