Payoneer US Payment Service: Important Updates
Hello, dear Habrazhiteli. Many of you know and probably use the US Payment Service from Payoneer, which allows you to receive funds from US companies through the ACH / Direct Deposit network. Recently this service has been significantly changed, we hope that you will appreciate the new features.
If earlier the number of companies from which it was possible to receive funds into the Payoneer account through the US Payment Service was strictly regulated by the “white list”, and adding new companies to it sometimes took several months, now this list is no longer there! This means that you can receive funds from any American company that is willing to pay you in an account at a US bank through ACH. All payments must still comply with the terms of the US Payment Service, please note that some services / areas of activity are limited in accordance with our official terms and conditions. A few highlights of the updated US Payment Service:

- At the moment, most users have already been transferred to the extended US Payment Service. If your account still has old details, please wait a few days, you will also receive new details soon.
- The old details of the US Payment Service that you used before remain fully operational, and you can still use them.
- US Payment Service is designed to receive funds only from US companies, only through ACH, and only for business purposes. Transfers from individuals, wire transfers and other non-compliant payments will be sent back to senders.
Also, as part of improving the service, we added a new option - US Payment Request. Using the US Payment Request, you can send a payment request to the American company you need.
Log in to your Payoneer account, open the Receive Money menu and go to the “US Payment Service profile” section. After that click on “Send a US Payment Request”.
You will see a form in which you need to fill in the data to send a request. Enter the required information and click on the "Submit" button. A request for payment will be sent by e-mail to the contact person indicated in the payment form, a copy will also be sent to you. The letter will include an explanation of how this company can send you the funds, as well as the amount you request. If you want to check what a letter looks like before sending it, click on “Preview”.
