December 10th is an alternative programmer day

Hello friends!
To everyone who is involved in a difficult, but undoubtedly wonderful area of human activity - programming - I hasten to remind you that today (December 10) is the date for the alternative celebration of the "Programmer's Day" !

Usually this holiday is officially celebrated on the 256th day of the year (September 12-13, depending on the leap year).
December 10th is another famous date of celebration related to the fact that the first programmer was born on this day - Ada Augusta Byron King , Countess Lovelace (December 10, 1815).

')
Ada was the daughter of the great English poet Byron, created the first computer program in history for the Babbage analytical machine, first introduced the terms "working cell", "cycle". Her fundamental works contained the basic principles of programming and predicted the emergence of modern computers. In her honor named one of the programming languages - Ada. In addition, Ada, apparently, was also a pretty girl.

For all these reasons, on December 10, I suggest calling it “Programmer's Day” . If you have any familiar programmers, do not be lazy to congratulate, because there are not so many of them in our “bearded” industry!

In the comments I propose to recall well-known programmers - both real and characters from various films and works.

Grace "Amazing" Hopper (whose birthday, by the way, was yesterday ).

Kate Libby (performed by Angelina Jolie) from the movie "Hackers"
