While
some make environmentally friendly phones from
recycled cans and old car tires , designer
Michael Lot doesn’t care much about mother nature by offering his concept mobile phone from ... bamboo.

The “green” Chute Smartphone has never been made of the fastest growing “tree” on the planet (well, in fact, bamboo is grass). But then he is conceptually “warm”, natural and organic. And if you think about it, do not curse me. Greenpeace, bamboo, from which, according to the designer’s idea, the body of this smart can be made, is not listed in the red book. And the fact that it is lighter and stronger than plastic and “clean in production” (it grows and grows, and in huge quantities) only adds some “natural” charm to the Chute Smartphone concept.
Yes, what's inside Chute Smartphone inside is not important at all. Michael Lot did not even think over the stuffing. It's all about the body. I wonder what the companies will cost to launch production of two or three models of bamboo?
