At the beginning of November 2013, forum.kinozal.tv users began to complain that they could not access it when the “parental control” function was activated in Kaspersky Lab products.
11/06/2013 participants of forum.kinozal.tv unexpectedly discovered that tsigel-tsigel somehow didn’t look at lu-liu at all, but zugriff verboten:

Experimentally, the forum community found out that the largest torrent trackers of the RuNet were included in the parental control database, in addition to their favorite forum. The panelists provided evidence of blocking access to rutracker.org, rutor.org, free-torrents.org, kinozal.tv (along with the forum site), tfile.me, riper.am ...
Users suspect that torrent trackers are in the section "Illegal software." However, then it is not clear why the kinozal.tv was blocked (and even more so the forum), in which there were no programs. It is also not clear whether the trackers from anxious parents contributed to the “base of non-child sites”, or is it a creative from Kaspersky Lab employees.
On the official website , I did not find
the reasons for getting trackers to the list of “bad sites”. True, the wording there is extremely obscure:
Using the Parental Control feature of Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky PURE anti-virus products, you can protect your children from the harmful effects of the Internet during such activities as online games, social networking and browsing websites, and others.
This mysterious "and viewing sites and others" does not give me rest.
A user with forum.kinozal.tv
Svetazhy reported that
Kaspersky Lab's technical service is not aware of the problem of accessing torrent trackers when parental controls are activated.
The following information is given, either all torrent sites are carriers of viruses, or most parents diligently put torrent trackers into the block and this majority influenced the result.
But personally, I somehow have little faith in such Internet advancement of parents who, in unison (at the same time), began to add torrent trackers to the list of “non-child sites”. Even less I believe that virtually all the major torrent trackers turned out to be completely infected.
The
carload user from the same forum
found that the activated parental control function can prevent access not only to torrent trackers, but also to some “pirated site” where you can download music. As noted
wagon , it was not without funny:
The site containing smilies (bestsmileys.ru), suspected of having pornography and erotica
')
I would still like to receive an official response from the LC.
UPDThanks to Habrayuser
Kaspersky_Lab , who
commented on the situation !
Duplicate that comments are not lostHello. I would like, of course, to answer almost every negative comment addressed to us, but we will not :) We’ll better answer on the merits of the question and seriously:
In general, if you omit all the details, the site forum.kinozal.tv fell into the category of “Illegal software” erroneously, this happens periodically and is corrected fairly quickly. Corrected in this case: with new updates, everything will work correctly and access to the resource will be resumed. The remaining sites will be categorized according to statistics from the Kaspersky Security Network and user requests.
We apologize to anyone who has encountered a problem. Especially suspicious we assure that blocking is in no way connected with the bloody hebe :)
===============
Simultaneously with the advent of this thread, the problem began to escalate, with the result that by Monday morning everything was ready. The following updates will correct the situation and everything will return to the nominal state.
As a kind of afterword I want to give a
record of the same
Svetazhy :
Information about the problem associated with blocking torrent trackers and forums by parental control, technical support for LC was sent a month ago, thanks for the positive decision. It would be desirable that such errors no longer recur, and torrent trackers are successfully distributed into categories of LCs, bypassing the blocking.

PPS It seems to me that this post partially shows
how children will be protected from harmful information . Plus, it shows that children are
already fiercely protected from information. Any. And at any cost.
