Moscow authorities promise to restore order in cable ducts

An interesting document has been published on the website of the Independent Review of Providers . This is the order of the Government of Moscow No. 2114-RP dated October 17, 2006, entitled “On the Further Improvement of the Organization of Television and Radio Broadcasting in the Territory of the City of Moscow” .

In this order, the Moscow government actually states that the new provider Mostelecom , created with the support of the same government, should be provided with a maximum favored regime. In particular, “Mostelecom” was recommended “to carry out a survey to identify cases of unauthorized construction and placement of telecommunication networks”.
