Created a program to predict the fate of a startup

Two graduates of Oxford have developed a unique mathematical model, which would be fully worthy of the Nobel Prize, if it worked as it should. This is a system that predicts the future, or rather the fate of high-tech startups. Now, two entrepreneurs themselves founded their own startup YouNoodle.com and are trying to find venture capital investments in Silicon Valley. They already hit the pages of the NY Times . This is a good start.

Of course, their development is not positioned as a predictor of the future. This is “a system for automating some aspects in making a financing decision” It sounds quite scientific.

The authors of the program are Kirill Makarinsky (22 years old, in the photo on the right, a mathematician of Russian origin, one of the most talented students in the UK according to Real World Magazine, a friend of Max Levchin, founder of Paypal and Slide.com), and Bob Goodson (27 years old, CEO). “Our program will not replace venture capital investors,” says Bob, “but we believe that every large enough industry must use artificial intelligence to make decisions.”

Principles of operation of the system, of course, were not disclosed. It is known only that it takes into account the social and business qualities of each entrepreneur, and also calculates the compatibility of the founders of the startup with each other. The registration of startups has already opened on YouNoodle.com.
