How to combine iTunes and flac?

About 2 weeks ago I moved to iTunes. At first I thought I would just try, but then I drew it. Great interface, cool little, but very convenient features, etc.
But most of all I liked the fact that he himself organizes my record library in the format “Artist -> Album”.

I will explain for those who do not know:

iTunes throws all my music into one folder, where it sorts them in the format “Artist -> Album”, throws collections into a separate folder with collections. At the same time, it also renames files according to tags, which is also very convenient. In short, everything is laid out on shelves.

But the trouble is, I discovered that iTunes has 2 flaws:
It does not play files in flac format.
I googled, found a kind of plug-in , but as far as I understand it, for MacOSX. This is the main question that I would like to find the answer :)
There is no auto-tag tool.
In winamp there is a tool that gets tags from the Internet to the tracks. I do not know how this is done, but it works effectively. It is called auto-tag.
