Vladimir Dobrov: Technical Consultant at Ciklum, Agile Project Manager. Certified Scrum Master and Certified ICAgile Professional. More than 9 years in software development. He has gone from a programmer to a project manager and a consultant in the field of project management. Extensive experience in conducting trainings and workshops on Agile / Scrum. Successful experience of introducing Agile / Scrum into existing development teams and creating Scrum teams from scratch.

During the meeting, it is planned to discuss issues such as new opportunities and potential threats to distributed teams, tools and processes that increase the productivity of teams, various types of structures and the distribution of roles in a team.
