Recently, I already wrote a post about Gottfried Svartholm, namely about the fact that on November 27th he would be extradited to Denmark (at the moment already given out), in which he is accused of hacker attacks.

Now, the accusations in the direction of Gottfried Svartholm and its provider PRQ were already heard in the Moscow City Court, where he is defending eight cases by the plaintiffs in which Amedia, Non-Stop Production, VGTRK, Gazprom-Media, Central Partnership And Star Media. Four claims have already been satisfied.

The lawsuit for the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company on the series “The Institute of Noble Maidens” explains that Gottfried Svartholm is specified by the owner of the rutor.org domain in the whois data, which means that he must be responsible for copyright infringement. The Moscow City Court ordered the co-founder of The Pirate Bay to stop distribution of the series, pay state duty and publish the verdict on the site.

Previously, it was unknown about the co-founder of The Pirate Bay with Russian torrent trackers. He founded the PRQ hosting company along with Fredrick Nage, another co-founder of The Pirate Bay. Hosting provider PRQ is known for the fact that on its servers Wikileaks and the site of the Caucasian separatists "Kavkaztsentr".
