I do not know how this news passed by Habr, but I will correct this misunderstanding.

Stephen Tronton-Smith aka Winocm ported the iOS XNU Kernel core to the Nokia N900. This core also underlies OS X.
Although the port does not include a graphical interface and cannot be used as an operating system, it contains many of the core functions developed by Apple for about 10 years.

Hacker listed some components on which iOS can hypothetically work:
')
- ARM RealView Emulation Baseboard (ARMPBA8_ALT)
- ARM RealView Platform Baseboard for Cortex-A8 (ARMPBA8)
- Texas Instruments OMAP3530 (BeagleBoard / BeagleBoard xM) (OMAP3530)
- Texas Instruments OMAP3430 (Nokia N900) (OMAP3430_RX51)
- Texas Instruments AM335x (BeagleBone / BeagleBone Black) (OMAP335X)

In fact, iOS is compatible with a number of third-party devices and components, but you yourself understand what Apple thinks about this) But hacker's practices will allow developers to transfer individual iOS elements to other devices.
