Google Inc. has patented a “smart” answering machine for social networks / e-mail / sms

Probably, this idea was in the air - to create an answering machine for social networks that can not just repeat one or two phrases, but respond to different messages with different answers. The implementation of such an idea, with a self-learning "answering machine" for social networks, was proposed by Google. In any case, it was the "Corporation of Good" that patented the appropriate technology.

Thanks to a special algorithm, this technology is able to analyze the behavior of its “host” on the social network, and respond to various messages addressed to him / her in an appropriate style characteristic of the account owner. At the same time, as mentioned above, the system is self-learning, so over time, the "answering machine" in the style of answers becomes more and more similar to the real account owner. after which the owner is destroyed and everything repeats, until the world is captured by robots
')
For example, a bot might respond to a message from a certain David, who wrote to the account owner about changing his workplace, something like, “Hi, David, I'm fine. You have been working at ABC corporation for three years, and now you have changed your place for an ODA corporation, do you feel the difference, do you like a new place? ”

The idea itself was suggested by the Google development team, since, according to the team, it is quite difficult for a regular user who has a large number of accounts in various social networks to follow all these accounts, and even more so, to respond to all incoming messages. Therefore, it was decided to put on the service of "bot", which can unload the owner a little.

It is worth noting that the application for a patent was filed almost three years ago, in 2011, and the patent was received just now. According to representatives of Google, this technology can be used to simplify communication using text messages on smartphones, as well as to work with e-mail, blogs and other things.
