In this part, I want to talk about the options of “transactions on trust in the network” that can be used or implemented in our project . It:
Money. Synonyms: pledge / prepayment / advance, letter of credit transaction, “secure transaction”, escrow.
User deanonymization. Synonyms: account verification, “online passport”.
Network Reputation.
More about each:
Option "Money" ')
Implementations:
Webmoney Escrow. Commission 0.8% of the amount. Arbitrage in stock. Cons - only for owners of Webmoney wallets.
Escrow.com Commission 3% (minimum $ 25). There is no arbitration as such, the process of refusal to purchase is described. Cons - sharpened by the classical scheme of sale. Accept payment cards and PayPal. Currency $ and Euro.
"Safe Deal" on FL. Commission (from 9.9% to 13.9%). There is an arbitration, but it is designed for design work (comparing the result and the TOR). Cons - the service is provided within the project, rather than a separate implementation. Sensitive size commission.
Pros of the "money" option.
The saying “nothing strengthens faith in people like prepayment” explains a lot.
Clear monetization scheme.
Minuses
In addition to the mistrust between the parties to the transaction, there is mistrust of the resource itself and its arbitration.
The high cost of implementation and maintenance (charged to users).
Because of the disadvantages of this option, the introduction of its escrow is not planned yet. I wrote about it here .
User deanonymization. This is a confirmation of the user's personal data, knowing that you can:
Prevent multiaccounting. Set name + unique ID (whether it is a wallet or a "passport" number).
Confirm the seriousness of intentions, and weed out a fair percentage of crooks (at least not from IT) and "trolls."
Conduct a small "scoring" on the profile in the social network. Understand "what a person lives." To form an impression about him on the basis of posts / friends.
Suit the man finally.
Implementations:
Secondary monetization of compliance with the law on the NPC in terms of "personalized wallets." Realizations: Yandex.Money, Okpay, Webmoney (a veteran on the market of certificates. Has no relation to the NPC ). Check costs from 50 to 100 rubles.
"Online Passport". Realizations: Federal finance. Check costs from 120 rubles.
Inputs via OpenID. Implementation: various social networks. Check is free.
Network Reputation.
It works in closed communities, where the credibility of "one's own" (various rating mechanisms, length of service on a resource) is valued more than the possible benefit of deception / bad faith. The difficulty was that it was impossible to prove that someone behaved "not according to the concepts / rules" (simply put "threw"). The word of one participant against the word of another. However, now there is a service of "electronic notaries", which can fix, with reference to time, correspondence in the mail or on the website. This is rather a preventive measure than proof for "debriefing." A person who values his reputation and knows that all the “moves are recorded” will think several times before deciding to deceive.
Advantages of this option:
Cheapness
Ease of implementation.
Client and agent can be from different communities.
Minuses:
A person must have a good reputation and cherish it.
I described all this in order to ask you to answer 1 question:
