Telephone business NOKIA sold MSFT

Shareholders of NOKIA have finally approved the sale of the MSFT telephone business. On November 19, an additional meeting of shareholders took place in the Ice Palace in Helsinki, where only 1 issue was discussed - a deal with Microsoft. She went under the hammer for 5.44 billion euros (of which 1.65 concerns licenses and patents). For the first time, NOKIA announced the sale of the telephone business on September 3rd. Since August 30, NOKIA shares have risen by 100%
