The implementation of online video advertising
Greetings to the community!
Recently, we decided to show ads not only on air TV but also on our website. We have several author programs that are popular and collect enough views on the site. Before that, we laid them out just like that - but now we decided to use it as another advertising platform. Or rather, as three sites =) So, I want to implement the following:
1. There are 2 sites - a small regional news portal and our corporate site. In development application for iOS.
2. There is a PRO-account on Vimeo, where our videos are uploaded.
3. We put a player on each site (JWPLAYER for example) - everyone should have their own ID. We also integrate the player into the application - also with your ID. Through this player, we twist the video with vimeo on the site - in desktop flash, in HTML5 for mobile devices.
4. We are developing an internal service that will allow you to download short promotional videos, set VAST standards through an XML-file settings to display ads in these three players.
In essence, websites and iOS apps are 3 of our advertising platforms - and for each platform we should be able to customize the display of ads separately.
I really do not want to bother with p.4 - so I want to ask - can I use OpenX for this? Does anyone use it? Will it be possible to set advertising display parameters for 3 different players?
