Google Earth map added 3D-objects

Navgeocom Company has integrated technologies of ground-based laser scanning and electronic digital cartography. The project used the Google Earth service, and its result was the placement of a complex of buildings on the digital map (Obrucheva Street, Moscow) and Lenin's statue (the area near the building of the Tyumen Region Government).

According to the GIS-Association's geo-information portal, this problem is solved thanks to a bundle of Google Earth and SketchUp, a product of the same name company, which allows placing visualized 3D objects on the Google Earth globe at specified coordinates.
