In the summer we installed an optical network terminal from MGTS in our apartment, the only advantage of which for me personally was that I stopped waiting for the dial tone after the eight. Well, I thought then, I forgot about this little box above the front door. However, as it turned out, along with this “giant” breakthrough of my home phone, I got into a situation that you can’t call anything other than a scam.
After TWO months, exactly in two, the line “Home Internet PON” was 735 rubles with something. As you, probably, already understood, I did not connect any Internet. In general, the only thing that he did in his attitude was when the master asked if you would like to connect to the Internet, he answered no. I call in MGTS, I explain the situation. I almost INSTANTLY apologize! And they promise to make a recalculation at the end of the month.
In the payment for the next month, the payment for the Internet appears again and we ... disconnect the home phone for the debt. I call again. Explain that it turns out this money should be paid, they will go to the phone bill next month. I ask, what does the home phone have to do with the internet? Now this is a single system, they answer me. I ask whether it is possible to make it so that I do not have to pay this money. The answer was blurred, that, they say, we made a recalculation, but it will be only at the end of the month and the phone will not be unlocked this time. In my previous experience, I understand that after recalculation this amount will not disappear.
Tomorrow I am going to pay this “debt”, but anxiety torments me - do I not make cowardice agreeing with the rules imposed on me? But what if I were a decrepit poor old man who doesn’t have this extra penny at the moment, and the phone is already off? Did I even notice this line in the bill? Do I need to fight? (I understand, it sounds pathetic) Maybe someone who had a similar experience, help with advice.
