Today it became known that an agreement on this has already been officially signed with the Russian mobile operator MTS.
Distribution of computers with installed Windows Vista will begin in June 2008. A special tariff plan for broadband Internet access from MTS will be attached to each laptop. The person will not have the right to refuse this service. Otherwise, a computer will be taken from him.
